Flip & Sear
Founded by cousins Abu and Munib from North West London, Flip & Sear is dedicated to delivering a premium burger experience at accessible prices. Their menu centres on 100% Wagyu beef patties served in handmade demi-brioche buns.


Bunify
Bunify is a modern London-based restaurant brand specialising in gourmet brioche buns, premium burgers, crispy chicken, loaded fries, and indulgent comfort food. Known for its bold flavours and generous portions, Bunify combines high-quality ingredients with creative recipes to deliver a unique fast-casual dining experience. From signature beef and chicken buns to loaded sides, wings, desserts, and shakes, every item is crafted to satisfy cravings and bring people together through great food.


Badiani
Born in Florence, Italy in 1932, Badiani is a three-generation family run gelateria, headed by Paolo Pomposi our creative genius and gelato master. Every day, our gelato is freshly made in our laboratory in Nine Elms using our traditional family recipes. We carefully select only the highest quality, artisanal ingredients and never use artificial flavours or colourings. Our signature flavour is Buontalenti, made with four simple ingredients: cream, milk, sugar and eggs. Loved by our customers of all ages, it's also the base of our two most popular flavours, Buontalenti Pistachio & La Dolcevita. At Badiani, we are unapologetically Italian, serving our iconic Florentine gelato to you, one cup at a time.


Birria Taco
Birria Taco brings the soul of traditional Mexican cooking straight to your plate. Rooted in the rich culinary heritage of Jalisco, our birria is slow-cooked for hours in a carefully crafted blend of dried chillies, aromatic spices, and tender braised meat — a recipe passed down through generations. Each taco is hand-prepared, filled with melt-in-your-mouth birria, and served with a deeply flavourful consommé for dipping. Every bite tells a story of time-honoured tradition and authentic flavour.


Chai & Chapatti
Chai & Chapatti blends South Asian heritage with contemporary European influences, offering an inventive menu across breakfast, brunch, dinner, and desserts. Each dish is crafted to elevate traditional flavours into a refined, modern dining experience.


Ms Potts Chocolate House
An independent chocolate café with locations in Bristol, Bath, and Cardiff, Ms Potts specialises in chocolate-inspired treats: rich hot chocolates, fudgy brownies, indulgent milkshakes and cookies. Chocolate-making workshops make every visit a sweet experience.


Green Choy
Green Choy brings bold Korean flavours and generous portions to the table. Street food favourites like Korean Fried Chicken sit alongside creative twists with colourful buns and flavour-packed noodles. With options for meat lovers and vegans alike, the menu is fun, flexible, and full of personality.


Pad Thai House
Pad Thai House delivers authentic Thai street food favourites, best known for its standout Pad Thai made with traditional tamarind, balanced spices, and fresh herbs. Every dish is cooked to order with generous portions and rich flavour.

Steakhouse Grill
Steakhouse Grill brings bold, smoky flavours to the table with its signature charcoal-grilled meats, cooked fresh to order. Quality cuts from tender Argentinian steak to juicy chicken and lamb, all paired with chimichurri and crisp salads.

Qahwah Club
The word coffee entered the English language in the 1500's via the Dutch who used the word koffie, borrowed from the Ottoman Turkish who used the kahve, in turn borrowed from the Arabs who used the word qahwah. The word qahwah is still widely used across the Middle East, North Africa and Asia. We wanted to capture the essence of the drink and its amazing historical journey, so we named our brand Qahwah Club. We are an award winning coffee brand — a micro roaster offering wholesale and retail roasted beans and the UK's largest selection of Yemeni coffee beans.
