5. Independent Vendors and the Marketplace

Maison Noor operates as a venue and marketplace hosting independent food and drink vendors and stallholders (“Vendors”). Each Vendor is a separate business responsible for its own products, pricing, food preparation, hygiene standards, and compliance with applicable law.

Unless stated otherwise, Maison Noor does not sell Vendor products directly and is not a party to any contract you enter into with a Vendor. Any issue, complaint or dispute relating to a specific Vendor’s products or service should be raised with that Vendor in the first instance, although we are happy to help direct you to them.

6. Food, Allergens and Halal Information

Halal. Maison Noor is positioned as a fully halal venue. While we require Vendors to operate in line with this positioning, we recommend that customers with specific religious or dietary requirements confirm details directly with the relevant Vendor.

Allergens and dietary requirements. Food is prepared and sold by independent Vendors. If you have a food allergy, intolerance or other dietary requirement, you must check directly with the relevant Vendor before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any food item is free from specific allergens or from cross-contamination. Any allergen or nutritional information provided on the Website is for general guidance only and may change without notice.

7. Events, Bookings and Tickets

We run events and programming at the Venue. Where you book a place, table or ticket for an event:

• booking and ticket terms (including any prices, capacity limits, age restrictions and refund or cancellation conditions) will be made available at the point of booking;
• we may need to change, reschedule or cancel an event, in which case we will let affected attendees know and, where required by law or our stated booking terms, offer a refund;
