Born in Florence, Italy in 1932, Badiani is a three-generation family run gelateria, headed by Paolo Pomposi our creative genius and gelato master. Every day, our gelato is freshly made in our laboratory in Nine Elms using our traditional family recipes. We carefully select only the highest quality, artisanal ingredients and never use artificial flavours or colourings. Our signature flavour is Buontalenti, made with four simple ingredients: cream, milk, sugar and eggs. Loved by our customers of all ages, it's also the base of our two most popular flavours, Buontalenti Pistachio & La Dolcevita.
